Our kittens will not leave our home before the age of 10-16 weeks of age. At the time the babies leave, they will have had vaccinations appropriate for their age group and will have a clean bill of health from our veterinarian. Our cats are FeLV, FIP and FIV negative and have been DNA-PKD tested and are negative.

If you are interested in one of our cats, please email and tell us about yourself. Please let us know if you are interested in a pet, breeder or show kitten. Please let us know if you are a breeder, your goals for your cattery, your experience in breeding and showing, the region your showing in and what association - CFA, TICA or ACFA. Too often we get inquiries that do not introduce or have a name. Inquires that do not have proper introduction may not get a response. Our kittens are very special to us and we would like to know about where they will be living.

We do not give, nor do we recommend the Feline Leukemia or the FIP vaccines. We should all form our opinions by thoroughly researching these vaccines and it is our opinion that they can be detrimental to your cat's health. Please do your homework before you visit your veterinarian.

If you are looking for a quality pet to complete your life and are interested in one of our kittens or, cats, please e-mail and tell us about yourself, your family, if you have children, what are their ages, do you live in an apartment that accepts cats, does anyone in your immediate family suffer from allergies, have you ever been owned by a Persian before?

If you are a breeder, we would like to know your cattery name, where you are located, what your goals are for your cattery, your experience in breeding, showing and your breeding policies, the Region you show in - CFA, TICA or ACFA.

Too often we get inquiries that do not introduce or, have a name. Our kittens are very special to us and, inquiries that do not have a proper introduction may not get a response.

We only produce a few litters each year and are very selective in the placement of our kittens as show cats or pets -- we are NOT a business. We breed for quality - not quantity. Our kittens are checked by our own personal vet and certified healthy before leaving Tooliebouce. Records are kept of each breeding, veterinary checkups, vaccinations, worming, etc. on each individual cat. They are raised in a clean environment in our home. Our breeding stock is DNA-PKD negative. We are a FeLV, FIV, FIP, fungus & parasite free establishment. We will be happy to DNA-PKD individual kittens at the buyers expense. All our cats carry a health guarantee.

All Tooliebouce Persians are sold under contract.

Please review the appropriate contract on the Contracts Page thoroughly. If the Contract is acceptable with you, let us know and we will mail a completed Contract with all the information on the kitten of your choice. Please review the Contract carefully, and initial all paragraphs so that there will be no misunderstandings as to content, sign and return the Contract to me for my signature along with the appropriate Deposit. I will make a copy and return it to you by mail immediately.

If you have any questions regarding the Contract, just ask and we will be happy to address any items that concern you. .

Pet Quality Kittens or Cats are those that do not meet the CFA Requirements of the breed for showing, but will make wonderful and loving pets.

Pet Prices $550.00 and up depending on quality. If you want a show cat for a pet, you will have to pay the show price.

Deposit - $300.00

NO BREEDING RIGHTS ARE GIVEN ON PET QUALITY KITTENS. SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR KITTEN BEFORE 7 MONTHS.

Show Quality Kittens or Cats are those that meet all the necessary CFA Standards for showing and with proper grooming can receive Championship and possibly continue on to Grand Champion status.

Show & Breeder Quality $1,000 and up.

Deposit $300.00

You have several options at your disposal for payments. The deposit can be made either by Cash, Money Order or, PayPal. Please note that if you are paying through PayPal, a 3.5% service fee for the convenience is charged to us by PayPal and it is to be reimbursed to me prior to the cat leaving our home.

Please note that any and all checks and money orders must clear our bank prior to the new family taking possession of or, shipping a Tooliebouce kitten or cat. If you are picking up the kitten or a delivery is made, the final payment due will be in CASH ONLY!! If shipping is the option you choose, then a certified money order is required for the final payment. All monies are required to be in our possession and clear the bank prior to shipping a Tooliebouce Persian

Deposits will be REFUNDED if there is a problem on our end, excluding any unforeseen delays in shipping. Otherwise, Deposits can be TRANSFERRED to another kitten, NON-REFUNDABLE if, you change your mind for any reason whatsoever or, do not pay the remainder of the purchase price.

We are aware that circumstances change and it is not always possible to take possession of a cat or kitten as originally planned. Deposits will be considered payment for boarding, grooming and lost opportunities for placement if the buyer changes their mind for any reason whatsoever. So please be sure of your selection before you send your Deposit.

In the event there is a problem and you wish to return the kitten or cat, we must be informed WITHIN 24 HOURS. We WILL NOT agree to the return of the kitten or, cat after the original 24 HOUR period. Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Please understand that small kittens are like babies: they need warmth, thus we will schedule our departures during acceptable weather. We will do our utmost to prevent as much stress as possible for your kitten or cat by scheduling direct, non-stop flights, if available.

Our cats will be shipped by Delta Pet and/or Northwest VIP. It is necessary, that you understand that shipping may be delayed due to weather constraints such as extreme hot or cold. The temperature guidelines are established by the airline used for shipping.

We will ship out of Birmingham, Alabama depending on the routes to your destination in the United States. It is estimated that, if there is a layover in a connecting flight will be approximately 1-hour.

Shipping rates may vary depending on the distance. $350.00 would be a typical shipping cost. If extra fees are required for oversize carriers and/or there are long layover charges at the time of shipping, reimbursement of these charges will need to be sent to us before the CFA Registration papers will be mailed to you.

It is mandatory that you telephone or email us immediately upon receipt of the kitten or, cat. We must be told at this time of any questions or, problems about the health or quality of the kitten or cat. In the event there is a problem and you wish to return the kitten or cat, we must be informed WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt of the kitten or, cat. We WILL NOT agree to the return of the kitten or, cat after the original 24 HOUR period from time of receipt.

All shipping costs for the return of the cat are your responsibility. The airline used to return the cat or kitten must be approved by us prior to shipping. We value the comfort and well being of our kittens or, cats and want them to be shipped back to us on an acceptable flight and airline.

The full purchase price, plus shipping costs and any additional medical tests that you request must be paid a full two (2) weeks prior to shipping.

When you choose a show baby from Tooliebouce Persians, we hope or, expect that you will show it to it's full potential, giving it proper grooming care and, most importantly lots of love.

NOTE: Occasionally, we have retired adults available. Please check at the bottom of our Kitten's Page periodically for availability.

Be On Time: We can understand if you get lost, but please be considerate and call from the road and let us know if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. It is not fair for you to make an appointment for one time and then show up several hours later than scheduled.

No Show: If for some reason, you are unable to make your appointment, please call. Usually, most Purchasers want to look at kittens on weekend time, which is family time for most breeders. If they allow you to use their weekend time, please be considerate. Any breeder has the right to not reschedule an appointment, or even to refuse future dealings with you if they believe you are not serious and are being inconsiderate.

Please remember to bring a carrier with you when you pick up your cat or kitten. Also please set aside enough free time to sit down and allow your kitten to get use to you before you leave.
